The joy of visiting a store and feeling a physical item in your hands can't be matched. This is why we've introduced the hassle-free booking system. We understand that you might want to see the item you're purchasing in-store before making any commitments. 

To make a general appointment for showroom jewellery, we have five main options to choose from:

Showroom Consultation
A general visit to our Birmingham based jewellery store. 

Wedding Ring Appointment
To view wedding rings and matching jewellery.

Engagement Ring Appointment
From diamond solitare to ruby eternity (and everything in between), book to view a general engagement ring appointment.

Discuss Your CAD Requirements
For a specially created item consultation, you can begin the first step of your CAD design.

Have something in mind? Any item over £500 you see on our online store can be viewed physically by clicking the "BOOK TO VIEW" option on its respective product page. Please note that this does NOT reserve the item. We operate on a first-come, first-serve basis. We do not make any special accommodations or prioritise certain customers when viewing jewellery. Customers will be notified if an enquired-about item is sold between booking and visiting time. Simply click the catalogue option on the main menu of our website to begin your jewellery lover journey. When you see something you like, note the 7 digit code attached to the product title, then enter it into your appointment description. Please also be aware that you can view any other item in our store when booking to view an item.

We have many other options for visiting us, like discussing your CAD requirements, viewing stones, repairs & resizes, jewellery cleaning, checks & polishes, insurance valuations, and selling scrap gold. 

No matter the job, we put the maximum amount of care and attention into each one. This is why we provide a service for every one of your needs. With a constantly rotating assortment of jewellery, two trips will never be the same. Diamonds, Rubies, Sapphires, Emeralds, Pearls, Pendants, Necklaces, Earrings, Bracelets, Cufflinks, Luxury Wallets; we have so much to look at, and we'd love for you to experience it for yourself.

MEET OUR TEAM

Each of our hardworking staff members take pride in helping you make the right decision when purchasing anything in our store. They will take the time required to help as much as possible while also not forcing anything upon you. They're experienced, knowledgeable, and understanding.

We have many other staff members working behind the scenes, like our workshop, back office and marketing department. We require respect over any staff member you encounter, so please remember that we do try our best to make your visit with us as smooth as possible.

Note that cancellations can only be made 1 day before your visit. If you need to reschedule, we allow 2 days before your visit for this option. If an appointment is cancelled, we require a reason for this. If you do not attend your appointment, or do not show up on a regular basis, there is a chance you may be blacklisted from our appointment service.
