Repairs, Resizing & Full Clean, Check, Polish (Chargeable)
Book your jewellery service with us for expert repairs, ring resizing, and a thorough clean, check, and polish of your items. Our skilled team is committed to providing exceptional care and attention to each piece. Please be aware our workshop is closed on Saturdays any items brought in on this day will be booked in for attention at the earliest opportunity.
VHC (2 Items Max) Bicknells Items
This service is for Items Under 7 Years Old. To be eligible for the complimentary service, original proof of purchase is required for each item. Your item/s shall receive an ultrasonic clean, steam clean and a check of the settings on your jewellery this service is limited to 2 items per month.
If you would like a full Clean, Check & Polish you should book the service “Full Clean, Check, Polish (Chargeable)”.
Items Over 7 Years Old: Items older than 7 years are not eligible for the complimentary service. These will incur a charge and will be booked in. Items are priced individually. Please be aware that workshops are closed on Saturdays. Additional items may need to be booked in. The company reserves the right to withdraw this service without notice.

Secrid Wallet Repairs
While we sell Secrid Wallets, we also offer FREE repairs. If you've purchased a secrid wallet within 3 years, you are eligible for a free repair. This relates to the spring mechanism that ejects cards from the wallet. This does not cover damages in the material.
