Only authorised persons can gain access to these servers and fingerprint identification is required. Customer service is available from 9.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Saturday and 10.30am to 2.30pm Sunday on 0121-523-3417. Your credit card details are only kept at our payment service provider - a secure online payment company using encrypted information on a secure server, which will send us automatic clearance.
Imagery
All imagery, including product images and graphics do not represent sold products. Product images are either graphically generated or edited using editing software. All Bicknells produced stock images have been taken using real photography, and edited using editing software. If an image does not properly represent the product, this is not at fault with our terms of service. Some product imagery may have been enhanced to be included within a stylistic and aesthetic design for Bicknells.com. Loose stones, marks or blemishes may be invisible on product imagery. When you purchase an item online, we make sure that before the item is sent to you, it will be cleaned and polished. image editing is merely to keep a consistent style in our store. It is not designed to trick or be illusive.
Diamond Grading
Diamond grading in our product descriptions are wholly opinion based by a Certified Diamond Grader of the "HRD" (Diamond High Council) or by a Certified Diamond Grading Association. As our diamond grading regarding colour and clarity are opinion based, Bicknells does not provide compensation for misinformation regarding varying opinion-based decisions on diamond grading by customers or legal representatives.

Sales and Discounts
As a reminder to customers, jewellery bought online is non-refundable. We recommend that if you are at all unsure of the jewellery you are viewing online, please come into our store to view the item in person. This will guarantee that what you are purchasing is exactly how it looks. We cannot be held responsible for purchases made online when expectations do not meet reality.
N.B; Items purchased in-store will not be handed without original proof of purchase and the item/s will only be handed out the the person named on the receipt. Photographic identification (i.e. Driving Licence or Passport) may be required upon collection. The security of your item is important to Bicknell's. We reserve the right to retain the item if we do not have sufficient documentation/identification.
