Ordering Jewellery.

Delivery Schedule.

You should allow up to 7 working days for items in stock and in some cases 28 working days for items requiring Manufacture.

Refunds
We provide the option of a full refund, within 7 days, if the goods turn out to be faulty or different from those the consumer ordered. This excludes items with any element of personalization, e.g. rings designed by clients or any third party, engraving etc. We will give all refunds as soon as possible, usually immediately on receipt of the returned goods, in the condition sold and with ALL the documentation provided, at the latest within 30 days of agreeing to give the refund. Refunds will be made by the original method of payment.

All exchanges and refunds are at the discretion of management - refunds will also be subject to a 5% handling charge if the product is not shown to be faulty, damaged or different from what the consumer ordered.
